Alan Rudderham is the director of RTC. He has a Masters degree in Applied Linguistics, a PGCE (TEFL) and DELTA. He has previously worked as a teacher and teacher trainer in Egypt, Malaysia, Sweden and Oman. He has been teaching in Nepal for over ten years and he also teaches study skills at UK universities for part of the year.
Teresa is from the USA and has lived in Nepal for 8 years. She has been teaching English for 15 years. Before coming to Nepal she lived in Malaysia and South Africa. She has three children and a growing number of grandchildren
Michelle is from the USA and has lived in Nepal for over 15 years. She trained to teach English at the British Council (CELTA) and is now a Master Trainer at the British Council where she specialises in Reading and Listening
Caroline is from Ireland. She trained to teach English at the British Council (CELTA) and is now a Master Trainer at the British Council where she specialises in pronunciation. She is also an advance yoga practitioner and teacher
Damien worked for a number of years as a teacher and trainer in the UK as well as holding senior management positions in international companies.
Utsav is from Nepal and trained to be an English teacher at the British Council (CELTA). He is a Master Trainer at the British Council where he specialises in Reading.
Angshuk is from Calcutta and worked for a number of years as a journalist on national newspapers before training to be an English teacher at the British Council (CELTA). He worked as a teacher of young learners at the British Council in Calcutta.
Joel is an American who has settled in Nepal with his wife and children. He has worked for a number of years as a teacher and trainer of communication skills in schools and in large companies in Nepal.
