Business English Training

RTC Business  English training courses  focus on two main areas: General English Language improvement for office workers and specific language skill training for office / administrative work

The courses are taught on a modular basis, each module is  for two hours

Courses  can be adapted according  to the students areas of work and their language ability. Course content can therefore vary according to the requirements of the group

Office skills  sessions   focus on  the particular tasks the participants are involved in at work and the language they need.

The sessions are conducted as workshops which provide participants  with  lots of opportunities to take an active role   and use  English.

Multimedia resources are used in the classroom (power point is used for presentations)

  • Handling Difficult Customers
  • Business Letters
  • Short Reports

The language  improvement sessions adopt a communicative approach that is interactive and involves participation and problem solving through group and pair work, games and activities.

There are three levels

  • Lower intermediate
  • Intermediate
  • Upper Intermediate
